大家算是看着 Miley Cyrus長大的：從童星出演 Tim Burton “Big Fish” 參演，到迪士尼的 “Hannah Montana”電視劇，因甜美可愛又鄰家的 Hannah 形象讓不少青少年產生共鳴，更讓 Miley 先後開拍第二季、原聲帶音樂專輯甚至演唱會，取得空前成功。

相信當時大家絕不會想像得到，Miley 隨後推出的音樂風格卻與夢幻迪士尼風格南轅北轍。短髮鏟青、性感裝扮展露出各種紋身圖案的她，甚至裸體出現在 “Wrecking Ball”，完全顛覆當時樸素平凡的風格；同時也奠定了日後不羈狂野的「壞女孩」形象。Miley 幾乎嘗試過各種標奇立異的風格造型，性感成熟、搞怪玩味、透視裸露、瘋狂野心等等，百變形象與 Katy Perry 不相伯仲。更可能因為出眾造型更讓她的個性份外高調，毫不吝嗇於鏡頭前。

向來高調搞怪的 Miley，婚後顯得比較成熟大方，少了以前年少輕狂的稚氣，反而行為舉動滲透出女人味。風格也轉向高端時尚的簡約路線，2019年與丈夫 Liam Hemsworth 出席 Met Gala 盛宴也成功擺脫過往跳脫風格，時髦又帥氣。雖然與Liam Hemsworth的一段感情已經結束，如今Miley更活出自己。從她在舞台上自信、瀟灑的演出和感言就能感受到她由心而發的喜悅和自由。
