The world of fashion is busy. Very busy. Fresh off the Autumn/Winter 2023 season and the Met Gala, global luxury giants the likes of Gucci and Chanel have been busy gearing up for the Cruise 2024 season — and if there is one thing to take away from fashion seasons past, it is that the front row is where the show truly begins.
At the Chanel Cruise 2024 show, Thai actress and Vogue Hong Kong May digital cover star Aokbab Chutimon looked as chic as ever in a glittering red striped sweater, which she styled with a contrasting pair of glossy black leather bermuda shorts and chunky heels adorned with the brand’s iconic white camellia.
Elsewhere in the courtyard of the historic Gyeongbokgung Palace, NewJeans’ Hanni was the centre of attention at Gucci’s Seoul Cruise 2024 show.
She exuded elegance in a cream skirt suit ensemble, which recalls Jackie Kennedy’s signature tailored look. One of the most promising rising stars in K-pop, Hanni was named Gucci’s global brand ambassador in October 2022 and is currently the youngest person to hold the title.
Meanwhile, Aespa’s Winter also turned heads in a striking red leather skirt, which she styled with a preppy knit polo adorned with Gucci’s iconic red and green Web stripe at the collar and the hems. She completed the look with a Gucci Deco mini shoulder bag, a pair of black Horsebit pumps and, of course, a killer makeup look.
All eyes were on Vietnamese singer-songwriter Sơn Tùng M-TP at the Gucci Seoul Cruise 2024 show, where he looked effortlessly suave in a shearling-collared black leather jacket and jeans, accessorised with a pair of grey leg warmers slouched over heeled boots — a sign of a true trendsetter. A loyal Gucci fan, he often rocks pieces from the brand in both his music videos and his everyday streetwear looks. Sơn Tùng M-TP also shared a snapshot with Jay Park, showcasing their endearing bromance.
All the way on the island of Isola Bella in Italy, Stray Kids’ Felix brought a splash of colour to the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2024 show by rocking a striking red jacket adorned with monogram prints on the chest pocket and sleeve hems. On the other hand, Thai actor Dew Jirawat opted for a bright, clean look anchored in a palette of light neutral tones.
