2023 MTV 歐洲音樂大獎今天公佈獲獎名單，該獎項今年取消了頒獎典禮的舉辦，轉而只在網絡上公佈獲獎者。今次獲獎名單中，大勢韓流男團 BTS 成員 Jung Kook 獲得兩項大獎，分別為 Best Song 和 Best K-pop。
除了 Jung Kook，今次的非地區性獎項中 K-pop 歌手或者團體入圍的還有 BLACKPINK、New Jeans、FIFTY FIFTY、SEVENTEEN、Stray Kids、TOMORROW x TOGETHER、aespa。其中 New Jeans、SEVENTEEN、aespa 和 TOMORROW x TOGETHER 還入圍了 Best Group，New Jeans 也是首次入圍 MTV 歐洲音樂大獎。

Taylor Swift 以三項大獎領跑，成最大贏家！

天后 Taylor Swift 今次一共入圍了 7 項大獎，包括 Best Artist、Best Song、Best Video、Best Pop、Best Live、Biggest Fans 和 Best US Act。她最終獲得了 Best Artist、Best Live 和 Best Video 三項大獎，其中 Best Video 則由 Taylor Swift 的 Anti-Hero 奪得。
緊隨 Taylor Swift 的分別是 Jung Kook 和 Nicki Minaj，兩人分別奪得兩項大獎。
Jung Kook 擊敗 Doja Cat、Taylor Swift 等人，拿下 Best Song

BTS 成員 Jung Kook 也是今次大獎的另一大贏家，這次他一共入圍了 Best Song、Best K-pop、Biggest Fan 這三個獎項。Jung Kook 的單曲 “Seven” 在 Best Song 類別中擊敗 Doja Cat、Olivia Rodrigo、SZA、Taylor Swift 和 Selena Gomez 等人，最終奪魁。
這是 Jung Kook 首次以 solo 藝人入圍 MTV 歐洲音樂大獎，但他所屬的男團 BTS 則已經提名超過 20 次。Jung Kook 原本也將在今次大獎上表演，但現在因為頒獎典禮取消，他的表演也不得以取消。
Billie Eilish 榮獲 Best Pop，Olivia Rodrigo 六提零中

Billie Eilish 雖然今次只入圍了 Best Pop 一類，但她依然不負眾望奪得該獎。Billie Eilish 自 2021 年發行了《Happier Than Ever》之後，便只發行了 Guitar Songs、hotline、What Was I Made For? 三首單曲。

今次還有一位獲獎熱門選手便是 Olivia Rodrigo，她一共入圍了 Best Song、Best Video、Best Artist、Best Pop、Best US Act 六個獎項，但最終顆粒無收。Olivia Rodrigo 於 2020 年出道，首張單曲 Drivers License 打破紀錄，成為 2021 年最暢銷的單曲之一。
她也憑藉個人首張專輯《Sour》榮獲了三座 Grammy 獎項，分別是 Best New Artist、Best Pop Vocal Album、Best Pop Solo Performance。她在今年則發行了個人第二張錄音室專輯《GUTS》。
Lana Del Rey 奪得 Best Alternative，Nicki Minaj 榮獲 Best Hip-Hop

獨立音樂天后 Lana Del Rey 今次在 Best Alternative 類別中擊敗了 Blur、Fall Out Boy、Paramore 、Thirty Seconds to Mars 和 YUNGBLUD，最終獲獎；而 Nicki Minaj 則分別在 Best Hip-Hop 類別中擊敗 Cardi B、Lil Wayne、Lil Uzi Vert、Central Cee 和 Metro Boomin，以及在 Best US Act 類別中擊敗 Doja Cat、Olivia Rodrigo、SZA 和 Taylor Swift。
