Chôm Chôm returns
SoHo favourite Chôm Chôm is back and better than ever! After shutting its doors in July and allowing the team an almost month-long immersive exploration of Vietnam, the restaurant has returned with an entirely refreshed menu heavily inspired by the nation’s beloved street food. Undeniably vibrant with punchy, savoury flavours that are reflective of Head Chef Logan Hester’s knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, highlights include a new and improved chicken and cabbage salad, the delightfully flavourful cha ca grouper, and the beloved pho roll bites.

Pâtisserie Millefeuille
For an authentic slice of Parisian excellence, head to Pâtisserie Millefuille in the lively Soho neighbourhood. Dedicated to educating and delighting Hong Kong’s discerning crowd through authentic French pastries, this traditional pâtisserie is led by Lionel Bodros, an esteemed pastry chef with over 30 years of experience in the art of French pastry — experience that shows in the masterful creations at his new venture. Classic madeleines and financiers are ever moist, millefeuilles cleverly reinvented with a U-shaped puff pastry, and a variety of small desserts such as mont blanc and lemon tart are quintessentially French.

TREEHOUSE lands at AIRSIDE and Heath
The city’s beloved plant-based fast food haunt opens two new locations across Hong Kong, and we couldn’t be more excited! Treehouse has set up shop at the eco-conscious AIRSIDE mall in Kai Tak, aiming to bring a true farm-to-fork experience using fresh produce straight from their very own in-house hydroponic farm. To celebrate the AIRSIDE launch, Treehouse presents an exclusive Harmony Picnic Basket that features a delicious addition to their menu — a Smoky Tempeh and Black Bean ‘Ball Park’ Hot Dog. The restaurant’s fifth location will be located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui at Heath, a vibrant culture, retail, and dining destination nestled in the basement of Chungking Mansions. Stay tuned!

Trippa Milano takes over Testina
Chef Diego Rossi of beloved trattoria Trippa Milano has returned to Testina for an exclusive event spanning 3 days. It was standout after standout; a simple homemade tagliatelle with butter, parmesan cheese and white truffle was a testament to Trippa Milano’s culinary finesse, giving way to a cosy nose-to-tail pork and savoy cabbage stew that is a true Milanese winter classic. Dessert was straightforward and ever indulgent — a rich chocolate cake with whipped cream and berry sorbet.
