一年一度的樂壇盛事、第67屆格林美獎頒獎典禮在洛杉磯盛大舉行。頂尖音樂人齊聚，紅毯更是時尚與個性的大舞台，各大明星紛紛以驚豔造型登場，紛紛展現自己的時尚力。例如有7項提名的Charli XCX就率先穿上剛剛在高定時裝週發佈的由Ludovic de Saint Sernin 設計的Jean Paul Gaultier高級訂製。
美國甜心Sabrina Carpenter身穿JW Anderson冰藍色露背羽毛禮服華麗登場，延續復古魅惑之餘，背部的巨大鑽石吊墜令全場矚目！樂壇新秀Chappell Roan選擇了2003年Jean Paul Gaultier古董高級訂製洋裝，禮服整體廓形為收腰馬甲與大蓬裙，裝飾著畫家Edgar Degas經典畫作「Dancer with a Bouquet」，雙色髮型則彷彿特別致敬傳奇歌手Cyndi Lauper，再次驚艷全場。
Lady Gaga則是以全新的哥特風造型示人，她選擇了澳洲台裔設計師 Samuel Lewis，為她訂製的暗黑長禮服，搭配Tiffany&Co.珠寶。而另一位人氣天后Taylor Swift一如既往霸氣登場，身穿Vivienne Westwood訂製的紅色閃鑽禮服。除了是她為人熟知的顏色外，特別心思還放在了大腿的「T」字吊墜。這件來自 Lorraine Schwartz 的身體珠寶鍊身上掛著一個「T」字母——不禁讓人聯想是代表Taylor自己，也是暗暗向男友Travis Kelce示愛？
