This year’s edition of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants saw the continent’s culinary royalty flock to Wynn Palace in Macau to experience the Oscars of Asian fine dining.
Singapore’s Odette, located in three city-state’s National Museum, took the top spot, beating out Gaggan of Bangkok which has held the position for four years in a row.
As ever, Hong Kong’s heavyweight status as an Asian culinary capital pronounced itself, with 9 of the city’s finest restaurants placed on the list.
