Learn about all things Iberico

Dive into Spanish gastronomy with a private guided tour of Pata Negra House Group’s Iberico Ham Cellar, the first of its kind in Asia. The “Prestige Experience” is not one to miss for those who want to learn more about the features and origins of hams and other Spanish delights! The three-part experience begins in the Tasting Room; guests enjoy Tapas, with Spanish Cava to compliment the vintage cheeses and smoked salmon. A range of classic and vintage hams are then served. Only 120 slices of the sixty months vintage Rubio Dorado ham are produced yearly due to the golden pig’s rarity, making this tour perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Finish off with a six-course meal at the Private Kitchen, with dishes crafted in conjunction with Michelin two-starred Écriture chef Heloise Fischbach. Spanish delicacies highlighting Ibérico Ham include Spanish Carabinero Prawns and pork cheeks, leaving guests with a well-rounded, unforgettable experience.
