Kiosk by Sake Central at BELOWGROUND
Sake Central dishes out sandos and sakes galore at their kiosk in Landmark’s Belowground. Explore everything from the classic katsu sando comprising Hokkaido pork belly to a spicy, gochujang plant-based rendition, a limited edition Japanese curry croquette sando and a tamago salad sando. Alongside the savoury sandos are unique sake-infused cheesecakes, including the ever-popular basque burnt cheesecake alongside a classic New York style.

MOTD x RSRV Champagne
Private dining and event space MOTD has partnered with Chef Cam Wong for a Nautical themed menu with a sparkling champagne pairing to match. The pumpkin smash is served with a creamy soft cheese, balancing the heavier pumpkin with a hit of refreshing acidity, while the RSRV Cuvée 4.5 pairing brings sweet undertones to heighten the freshness of the dish. Another notable pairing is the slow-cooked octopus in oolong sauce paired with Blanc de noirs 2009, its smoky notes perfectly complementing the unctuousness of the seafood, while the slow cooking method allows the octopus to remain tender and juicy.

Net-a-porter x Between Coffee
Fashion retail giant Net-a-porter has joined forces with Between Coffee to launch a sustainable partnership, ‘Net Goes Green’. A conscious food set will be exclusively available at Between Coffee, featuring a plant-based katsu sando comprising locally grown sweet potato and kale alongside a tofu cream cheese vegan tart with white chocolate icing. To wash everything down, guests can select between the Sesame Mountain, a black sesame paste and coconut milk drink, or the Direct Trade Coffee, a robust blend with notes of ginger, lily, lemon and oolong tea.\

Holy Cannoli x Paws United Charity
Everyone’s favourite cannoli shop Holy Cannoli has collaborated with Shake Shack, The Wild Lot, Brooklyn Brewery, Buddy Bites and more to bring back the block party, but this time with a charitable twist. All proceeds raised will be donated to Paws United Charity, the non-profit rescue organisation from which pup Cannoli was adopted. Expect good music, a lot of furry companions, and of course, cannolis.

Ice Age! x Landmark Mandarin Oriental
Dairy-free ice cream store Ice Age! has collaborated with Landmark Oriental’s PDT to recreate some of the bar’s most iconic drinks as frozen treats. Ice Age! offers up a delectable array of creamy, vegan delights, the ice-cream created using the same molecular makeup as whey from dairy but without involving animals nor any animal products. The result is a creamy and rich ice-cream that is better for you, and the planet. The Cucumber Spritz is a refreshing delight, with a touch of fizz in the Prosecco ice cream for a cooling treat!

Impossible Foods x Peking Garden
Peking Garden ventures into the world of meatless meats with Impossible, with executive chef Kan Chi-Kwan crafting an entirely vegetarian menu featuring 8 traditional Chinese dishes. Crowd favourite dishes include pan-fried dumplings stuffed with Impossible beef for crispy, juicy morsels bursting with flavour, while the Impossible Minced Meat Thick Soup combines the classic Hangzhou dish with Impossible beef, egg whites and enoki mushrooms for a wholesome and warming starter.

Champagne Masterclass At The Aubrey
Japanese izakaya The Aubrey has officially launched the Champagne and Sake Bar located within the intimate setting of their Curio Lounge. With over 50 champagne labels and 25 exclusive sakes, the eclectic collection also features 3 sparkling sakes for guests to enjoy a thorough and unique drinking experience. Head Sommelier Dirk Chen and Maximal Concept’s Group Sommelier Marie-Paule Herman will also lead thrilling Champagne Masterclasses each Saturday beginning August 14, taking guests on a champagne-filled journey, for an edifying and hands-on process understanding the various types of champagne styles alongside differences between regions and vinification processes.

Cookie DPT returns to LANDMARK
Hong Kong’s most covetable cookie store returns to LANDMARK for an extended stay! The pop-up will also host a lineup of LANDMARK exclusive products, including cinnamon rolls, fudge brownies and basque burnt cheesecakes. Two daily deliveries to the pop-up will ensure that only the freshest rotation of goods will be available, while Cookie DPT will continue to roll out exciting new flavours, their latest being a decadent and marshmallow-stuffed s’mores-inspired cookie.

Hansik Goo
Directed by acclaimed Korean chef Mingoo Kang of Mingles, Hansik Goo has officially reopened at the Wellington with an revamped menu to match. The Korean Beef Duo & Guksu is served with a bowl of noodles to follow tradition, while highlighting two popular Korean beef dishes: ganjang marinated minced beef patty and grilled striploin. Chef Mingoo also brings back his beloved Samgye Risotto, preserving the herbal and ginseng aromas while enhancing the dish with a crispy chicken roll filled with mushroom mousse. Guests can round off the meal with a unique Makgeolli (Korean rice wine) ice-cream, served with black garlic meringue and cheese snow.

Frank’s Italian American
The new and improved Frank’s sees a revitalised menu and fully revamped cocktail menu, with unique ‘red sauce’ cocktails inspired by the dishes on offer – the cocktail Farfalle alla Genovese is based off a traditional pesto recipe, and combines gin with toasted pine nut syrup, Italian basil and Italian lemon juice. Although the menu brings a roster of exciting new eats, fan favourites remain, including the eatery’s famous meatballs, burrata and the Orechiette with Homemade Sausage and Broccoli Rabe.

Uma Nota’s Bahia Brunch
Brazilian-Japanese boteco Uma Nota is launching a two-month long, weekend-only Bahia Brunch in celebration of Brazilian culture. Kickstart your meal with iconic Salvadoran street food snack Abara Com Vatapá, a spoonful of traditional black-eyed pea dough topped with Vatapá sauce served in a banana leaf pouch. The Feijoada Shoronpo is a Uma Nota twist on the feijoada and sees diced black beans, pork and beef wrapped in dough, recalling the familiar soup dumplings we all adore. For the classic Bahian experience, opt for the Moqueca de Peixe e Lula, a seafood stew cooked in coconut milk and aromatic spices — you will smell the dish’s mouth-watering fragrance before you see it.

COBO HOUSE Off-Chapter “Italian x Asian” Menu
K11 MUSEA’s COBO HOUSE presents a unique off-chapter menu that highlights Italy’s finest produce and dishes with a notably Hong Kong twist. A locally remade semolina pasta is infused with choi sum and paired with swordfish belly, while a trio of tomatoes – a staple Italian ingredient – are brightened with a medley of Asian-influenced sauces.
