MâmAmis

With its quaint interiors and lively hanging plants, Vietnamese restaurant MâmAmis is a vibrant addition to the Sheung Wan neighbourhood. A play on the Vietnamese word for the nation’s familial food trays, or mâm, and the French for “my friends”, the restaurant celebrates the joy of a shared meal with your loved ones. Dishes are soulful, authentic, and contemporary all at once, with standouts such as the city’s only Vietnamese-style beef carpaccio, a generous bowl of pho filled with all the best meat toppings, and 48-hour slow-cooked beef short ribs that melt in your mouth.

Bengal Brothers re-opens with fresh concept

Bengal Brothers is back and better than ever! Reimagined as a boozy canteen looking to spotlight the regional gems of Indian roadside eateries and coffee houses, the restaurant welcomes an expanded menu for all-day dining. Spiced minced lamb served with toasty buttered buns or parsi keema pav, bring a taste of Bombay, while the vibrant Prince’s Papri Chaat– crispy crackers and potatoes topped with yoghurt, housemade chutney, tomatoes, and shallots– pays homage to Delhi’s beloved street chaats. In addition to their signature kathi rolls, Bengal Brothers “Deluxe Edition” also features hearty standouts such as a vegetarian-friendly jackfruit biryani and an indulgent butter chicken curry made with chargrilled chicken tikka. Those looking for a pick-me-up will be happy to know that a new beverage program offers tropical tipples throughout the day too.

Diners are spoilt for choice, with almost two dozen topping variations available on a daily basis.
