Tong Chong Street Market x KIN Food Halls: Beer Festival 2022
Nothing really beats indulging in your favourite Asian comfort foods — especially if you can throw back a refreshing pint while you’re at it. This year, Tong Chong Street Market has joined hands with KIN Food Halls for a one-of-a-kind beer festival. Guests can enjoy three hours of free-flow craft beer from 14 of the city’s beloved brewers as they discover some of the most sought-after dishes from KIN Food Halls’ celebrity chefs. Enjoy a mukbang moment by pairing OBP’s signature Korean fried chicken with Blaze Beer Club’s iconic Big Three XPA, or turn up the heat with Yardley Brothers’ Thai cuisine-inspired Thai Chilli Getaway craft beer and Easy!Buddy’s Thai-style Mixed Skewers.

Central Market x Nina Hospitality Oktoberfest 2022
Transport yourself to Germany at Central Market this October! In collaboration with Nina Hospitality, Central Market has transformed their ground floor space into an Oktoberfest beer shed and Biergarten for the festivities. Top up your glasses with beer from familiar brands such as Löwenbräu, Blue Girl Beer, Hoegaarden and Stella Artois and fill your plates with sweet and savoury offerings from CITTÀ, Fruitalks, LottaJoy and more. Those who love a fun challenge can even try their hand at five traditional Bavarian game booths for a chance to win a free pint, and if you’re extra lucky, a staycation package at Nina Hotels!

Oktoberfest at Heimat
The first solo venture of Chef Peter Find, Heimat pays homage to the chef’s German heritage by reinterpreting traditional German cuisine through a modern lens. This Oktoberfest, Heimat is celebrating the beer festival with a refined feast comprising five traditional offerings, from Kohlrouladen pork cabbage rolls and Schinken in Brotteig smoked pork shoulder baked in Rye Sourdough to fluffy caramelised pancakes and homemade apple compote in “‘Emperor’s Mess”. To top it all off? A jug brimming with Frankurter Possmann Apple Cider and eight German beers.
