El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie
Arguably the most anticipated title premiering this month, El Camino: Breaking Bad follows the fugitive Jessie Pinkman as he runs from the law and those that held him captive. The show remains true to its roots, written and directed by the show’s original creator, Vince Gilligan, with Aaron Paul returning to his beloved role. Premiers October 11.
Master Z: The Ip Man Legacy
The first stand-alone spin-off film in the Ip Man universe sees action director Yuen Woo-Ping draw upon an A-list cast including Michelle Yeoh, Dave Bautista, Tony Jaa, and Max Zhang. While attempting to keep a low profile following his defeat by Ip in the previous film, Cheung Tin-chi (Max Zhang) ruffles up the feathers of powerful foreigner Owen Davidson (Dave Bautista), undergoing a series of thrilling fight scenes with high-profile opponents. Premiers October 23.
Peaky Blinders: Season 5
Peaky Blinders is based on a gangster family epic set in Birmingham, England. The show plunges into turmoil for Season 5, as the world experiences the financial crash of 1929. Tommy Shelby, the gang’s cunning boss who is now a Member of Parliament, is approached by a charming politician with a daring vision for Britain. Tommy realises that the response he gives will not only affect the future of his family but that of the entire nation. Premiers October 4.
Dolemite Is My Name
Academy Award nominee Eddie Murphy stars in a lively biopic about self-made comedian, musician and movie star Rudy Ray Moore, who was considered the godfather of rap music. Follow along as Rudy proves naysayers wrong when his alter ego, Dolemite, becomes a 1970s Blaxploitation phenomenon. Premiers October 25.
