Fashion: Vestiaire Collective One of my favourite eco-friendly shopping brands Vestiaire Collective - who buy and sell pre-loved designer clothing and accessories - have launched a user guide to being more sustainable in your fashion choices. Called Buy, Sell, Share, Care, the digital book outlines the environmental benefits of pre-owned fashion and features a 10-step closet detox guide, as well as sustainable shopping case studies from Arizona Muse and Margherita Maccapani Missoni. Looks like Hong Kong is on the right track - the project surveyed a total of 18,000 respondents across 10 of Vestiaire Collective's key markets and Hong Kong ranked first for awareness to fashion sustainability, outdoing Australians and Danish! vestiairecollective.com
Wellness: Fivelements Habitat Award-winning wellness brand Fivelements has announced its latest venture will be in Hong Kong. Expanding the concept from the Fivelements Retreat Bali, Fivelements Habitat will launch in Hong Kong's Times Square in July, with a focus on personalised wellness through yoga, sacred arts and plant-powered cuisine. The 'habitat' will act as a private club, with membership starting at HK$1,188/month. fivelements.com
Runway: Dior Resort 2020 The setting for Dior's Resort 2020 show this week was nothing short of spectacular. Taking place at the 16th century El Badi Palace in Marrakech, where a runway snaked around a candle- and fire-pit-lit pool, the stage was well set for a show that offered an ode to African fashion and textiles. For the collection, creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri collaborated with a number of African artists on the theme "Common Ground."
Eat: The Pansodan Following the much-hyped pop-up of Rau Ram restaurant at The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood, Ivan Pun of Pun + Projects' latest foodie venture is a three-month pop-up called The Pansodan in Sai Ying Pun. Held in partnership with hospitality firm JIA, the culinary project offers traditional Burmese fare and botanical cocktails in a space influenced by the street it's named after in Yangon. Running until July; facebook.com

Eat: Écriture x Royal Caviar Menu This limited-edition five-course menu at Hong Kong's two-Michelin-starred Écriture is the mastermind of Chef Maxime Gilbert. The first course, the Caviar and Uni Tart, is possibly the most expensive thing I've ever eaten, a whole 100g of Cristal caviar atop a bed of Hokkaido sea urchin and topped again with gold flakes. Caviar is predictably featured in every one of the dishes, even the cauliflower souffle dessert. Only those with the deepest pockets may proceed. Priced at $2,888 per person, this menu is available until mid-June; lecomptoir.com
Visit: Ginza Tsutaya Books Having just returned from a week-long holiday in and around Tokyo, I can happily report that Japan’s print culture is as strong as ever, and nowhere is this more evident than at Ginza Tsutaya Books. Located at the top of new shopping mall Ginza Six in the capital’s swankiest district, this bookstore is a citadel to the printed word, with beautiful design amplified by seemingly endless bookshelves, strong lifestyle offerings, and artworks by the likes of Takashi Murakami and Jeff Koons. A must for bookworms in the neighbourhood. tsite.jp
Fashion: The North Face Strike Trail Hoodie I had been looking for a functional and transitional jacket for ages until I found this translucent, paper-thin piece from The North Face in Japan. Better yet, it's completely waterproof and breathable thanks to HyVent technology, and can be folded into a minuscule package for easy carrying. Bring on the rainy season. HK$1,340; available at Amazon Japan.

Skincare: Dr. Barbara Sturm Face Cream Having had the great fortune to meet Dr. Barbara Sturm last month and try some of her highly-praised skincare line, I can now testify that the products really do live up to the hype. “It just works,” I will concur. I love the Hyaluronic Serum and the Anti-Pollution Drops, but if I had to choose one product, it would be her Face Cream. I have combination skin that leans on the oilier side, often acne-prone. Dr. Sturm’s Face Cream is incredibly light but deeply hydrating — I can feel it hydrate and nourish down to the deeper skin layers. My face is balanced throughout the day and no longer gets greasy after noon. A new holy grail for me. HK$1,500; available at JOYCE Beauty
Makeup: Lilah B. Divine Duo Lip & Cheek in b.fearless This season I’m trying to wear less makeup, and if any, only clean beauty products that are multipurpose. A recent favourite has been Lilah B.’s Divine Duo Lip & Cheek in the shade b.fearless, which is a straight up red shade that I would have never chosen on my own. But now having played with it for a few weeks, I find that the tiniest dab on the cheeks gives the most natural flush that truly lasts all day long like a stain. The colour is great for the warmer season and very buildable. Ingredients include aloe vera, agar, sea algae and coconut oil. HK$365; available at net-a-porter.com
Hair: Olaplex No.6 Bond Smoother I have long, straight Asian hair with a blunt cut that, although doesn’t require much styling, can really emphasise frizzy or frayed ends. Olaplex’s No.6 Bond Smoother is like a top coat for your hair that literally fills in and smooths over the cuticle of your strands. Hair is left unbeatably shiny and hydrated without feeling weighed down - great for the humid weather. You only need to use a pea-sized amount for your entire mane. I apply it to my damp hair and then comb through with my Mason Pearson brush to ensure it's evenly distributed and super sealed in. Available soon at sephora.hk
