Rihanna is set to debut her first Fenty ready-to-wear collection on May 24th via a pop-up in Paris, followed by an online release on May 29th at fenty.com. Ahead of the highly-anticipated drop, the LVMH-backed label has shared its first campaign video featuring a diverse cast of women set in locations “from Barbados to Paris.”
Much in line with Fenty Beauty’s 50-shade-range and the all-inclusive approach of the Savage X Fenty lingerie collection, Rihanna’s Fenty brand plans to be a “disruptive” force in the luxury fashion world. It will focus on direct-to-consumer online sales, new product drops every few weeks, and expand the women’s luxury fashion size range to a French size 46 (UK size 18 or US size 16).
