奧運新星 #1 港隊劍擊代表陳諾思
陳諾思被喻為是港隊的「花劍一姐」，只有19歲的她首次亮相並沒有怯場，在32強賽事中，以「決一劍」擊敗日本選手晉身16強，刷新香港在該項目的最佳成績。仍然在美國讀大學的她有感兼任運動員雖然辛苦，但她兩者都不想放棄。期待她日後的好成績！

田徑項目100米短跑賽事一向都是最受矚目的賽事，來自只有19萬人口的聖露西亞女飛人 Julien Alfred 跑出10秒72的成績，力壓大熱門美國隊的Sha’Carri Richardson勇奪金牌。這面金牌意義深遠，除了是她個人首面奧運獎牌，亦是聖露西亞歷史上首面奧運獎牌。

美國賽艇金牌得主Justin Best正職是iBanker，為了平衡工作與訓練，每天固定 5 時 半起床訓練後上班，5時半下班後再繼續第二輪訓練，至晚上8時30分結束回家，固定的作息和個人自律，最終讓這位銀行家在美國男子四人單槳賽艇奪金。
