2024巴黎奧運開幕禮在法國時間26日夜晚揭幕，縱使天公不作美，但雨水毫不阻擋觀眾迎接奧運的熱情。相隔超過100年，法國第三次舉辦奧林匹克運動會，今屆更是首次達到男女選手性別平衡的運動會，亦是首個將開幕式移師體育場外舉辦的奧運會。長達4個多小時的開幕典禮，透過12個章節的不同主題呈現，包括自由、平等、體育精神等，205國家和地區代表隊的運動員陸續乘船經塞納河抵達艾菲爾鐵塔下的特羅卡德羅廣場，期間由不同單位呈現舞蹈、音樂及時裝表演等環節，表達開放包容、平等、自由的理念。無論是在現場或在屏幕前，令這一夜充滿驚喜、感動以及難忘的心情。

奧運開幕禮亮點#5 以創意短片展現LVMH集團對巴黎奧運的支持

LVMH作為巴黎奧運的贊助商，旗下Louis Vuitton、Chaumet及Berluti負責設計奬牌箱、火炬箱、奬牌以及法國隊制服，在開幕式中透過一輯創意短片呈現這些設計從工坊打造的情境以及工藝細節。當中，奧運獎牌中間鑲嵌了取自巴黎鐵塔修復時的廢棄鐵片，以六角形重新鑄造，再次成為焦點。

在塞納河沿岸，10座法國歷史女性鍍金雕像包括Olympe de Gouges、Alice Milliat、 Gisèle Halimi、Simone de Beauvoir、Paulette Nardal、Jeanne Barret、Louise Michel、Christine de Pizan、Alice Guy、Simone Veil，成為開幕式致敬環節其中之一。

被譽為「有史以來最時尚的奧運」，時裝騷環節也成為開幕式亮點。12位新銳法國和歐洲設計師作品在塞納河天橋上展演。另外，今屆奧運除了高級時裝品牌Dior為藝人打造舞台設計，法國獨立時裝設計師包括Jeanne Friot、Charles de Vilmorin、Victor Weinsanto、Alphonse Maitrepierre、Kevin Germanier等也參與打造開幕式服裝造型。

奧運開幕禮亮點#10 銀色鎧甲的女騎士跨越塞納河，展示奧運旗幟

身上銀色鎧甲由法國設計師Jeanne Friot設計，身披奧運會旗幟的女騎士騎着機械馬跨越塞納河，橋樑上出現一對對和平鴿翅膀，最後騎上真正的白馬，並在最後一步步走入會場，運送奧運會旗進行升旗儀式。
奧運開幕禮亮點#11 24名火炬手將聖火傳遞，最後點亮熱氣球火炬台

奧運聖火象徵和平、團結和友誼，開幕式的尾聲，在最後的火炬傳遞環節，24名火炬手包括施丹、拿度、Serena Williams等運動員接連傳遞奧運聖火，法國現存最年長的奧運金牌得主Charles Coste坐在輪椅上接過聖火，傳遞給最後一棒火炬手，柔道傳奇運動員Teddy Riner和三次奧運金牌跑手Marie JosePerec負責點燃主火炬台，燃亮高30米的熱氣球，承載聖火飛向空中，宣揚奧林匹克精神和價值觀。

燃點聖火後，天后Celine Dion壓軸出場，在巴黎鐵塔二層站台演唱Édith Piaf 1950年代名曲《L’hymne à l’amour》（愛的讚歌），身穿Dior銀珠流蘇銀白色禮服，以優雅和充滿力量的姿態帶來動人歌聲。
自90年代憑藉《My Heart Will Go On》和《The Power of Love》等金曲享譽全球樂壇，卻在2022年宣布因僵硬人症候群需引退舞台，今次二度在奧運會獻唱（1996年亞特蘭大曾演唱《L’invincible courage》），堅強不屈的精神與對音樂夢想的堅持令全球觀眾動容。
