來自悉尼的Tara Whiteman以不同的食用花焗曲奇,令焗盤變成花園般絢麗。做法相當簡單,跟一般焗曲奇的程序一樣,先把麵糰輕輕擠壓,再以模具弄成圓形,最後以牛油把食用花固定在曲奇上即可。

居住在波蘭的Dominika Brudny用食用花卉製成了花冰,通過將幾片冰塊放在透明玻璃杯中,再並倒入飲料,誕生了一個新飲品!只要使用一般白開水,就可以做到100%透明的效果,雛菊以使用正常的四方冰模,但其他幼長的花卉,例如薰衣草等可選用不同形狀的模具。
