今年Met Gala 總共有10個官方派對，其中美國Rapper歌手 Cardi B 主持了其中一場Met Gala After-party，以 Playboy 為主題，現場可以看到有不少「兔女郎」的身影。另外還有在紐約The Boom Boom Room、The Mark 酒店等場地由Chanel、Stella McCartney舉辦的派對，熱鬧非凡！至於Met Gala聯合主席之一的Michaela Coel 、Dua Lipa亦分別在紐約下東區酒吧舉行時尚派對，受邀出席派對的名人們，她們的派對造型同樣吸睛。
Kendall Jenner 和 Kylie Jenner 姐妹前後腳出門前往 Met Gala 夜晚的派對，Kendall 一身 Nensi Dojaka 透視亮片緊身衣，以 1994年 Chanel 春夏系列為靈感，在她旁邊則是正與其傳緋聞的波多黎各歌手Bad Bunny ； Kylie Jenner 則以Haider Ackermann 禮服配襯黑色皮革手套，與設計師齊齊現身；Margot Robbie 以非常時髦的Chanel黑白露肩小禮裙裝束到場。可以看到，不少名人以透視「Boudoir」復古風格造型，結合致敬 Karl Lagerfel 個人風格符號的配飾，及在品牌設計所喜愛的黑白色及珍珠、柯根紗、山茶花配飾元素作配搭，繼續發揮 Met Gala 主題的時尚魅力！
在派對尾聲，A$AP Rocky 拖著懷著第二胎的 Rihanna 壓軸登場， Rihanna一身白色訂製 Chrome Hearts 設計，極具女王風範。當然，還有以隨意休閒風格現身的Billie Eilish（她此前亦現身另一 Karl Lagerfeld 主題派對），一身Lu’u Dan運動拉鍊外套裝束，顯得輕鬆自在。不少名人嘉賓這一晚出席多個派對，相當忙碌，但依然展現出時尚的面貌！
