Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu 所飾演的 Emily 的老板 Sylvie ，她的服裝造型甚至是風格款式，都與經典法式時尚面孔 Carine Roitfeld 極度相似，更讓 Carine 本人也分享了自己與劇中 Sylvie 的造型對比圖，並大方地在 Instagram 上問到誰穿得比較好？也難怪 Carine Roitfeld 本人也感到似曾相識的感覺。

說到這位時尚圈的大人物 Carine Roitfeld ，現今65歲的她，依然保持法國女性性感優雅的韻味，卻是業內舉足輕重的泰斗：曾為《VOGUE》法國版擔任編輯10年，是 Karl Lagerfeld 密切合作的夥伴、是 Tom Ford 的顧問更是如今《CR Fashion》創辦人。

當年在《VOGUE》法國版對時尚的獨特演繹便給予大眾獨一無二的大膽創新，從不喜歡瘦削高挑的傳統模特兒反而看上了 Crystal Renn 和 Lara Stone 的圓潤身材成為封面的焦點，還有黑人變性模特兒 Andre J. 等上《VOGUE》封面完全顛覆時尚世界的審美觀，展示了她對美麗是無所畏懼。除此之外，她的感性美學定義了20世紀1990年代，並一直影響至今，因此讓她在2019年獲得 CFDA 所頒發 Eleanor Lambert 獎項，以表揚她對時尚的貢獻。

話說回來，當 Carine Roitfeld 看完了整套《Emily In Paris》，也與來自紐約的記者Emilia Petrarca 一一揭破法國人究竟是否這樣子的呢？表示同感的是法國人很重視生活與工作分開，離開工作後便會選擇關上電腦、收起手機，徹底地享受生活帶來的輕鬆和樂趣。

但除此之外，Carine Roitfeld 強調其實法國人工作很勤奮，甚至是她認識的人都是這樣。而當地對社交媒體的敏感度也與 Emily 一樣快，只不過大部分的法國人都著重隱私，不太喜歡展示所有生活細節和感受而已。

私底下 Carine Roitfeld 和 Lily Collin 是好友，Lily Collin 也親自在 Carine 的post 下留言表示更喜歡 Carine Roitfeld 的風格。其實面對 Emily 在劇中的服裝造型，儘管劇組沒有事先聯繫 Carine Roitfeld，但她充分地明白造型師的用心良苦，也知道電視劇所想呈現的時裝模樣，但也不忘維護法式時尚的簡約才是永垂不朽，畢竟 Carine 自己也鍾情於黑色、白色、米色等單色調帶來的風格。
