在首爾首映禮上，Margot Robbie 穿著亮粉色西裝外套、白色檐帽和鉛筆裙，手持水鑽手機，向芭比娃娃致敬。她以專業的造型塑造了芭比娃娃？《晝夜芭比》於 1985 年首次亮相。
在悉尼出席《Barbie》宣傳活動期間，Margot Robbie 以一身復古 Versace 造型作為她的 Barbie look，粉紅毛衣及金屬面迷你裙均出自品牌的 1994年秋冬系列。
在近日宣傳電影《Barbie》時，Margot Robbie 穿著一款由 Hervé Léger 設計的條紋緊身迷你連衣裙，正是參考了 1959 年的原版芭比娃娃造型師 Andrew Mukamal 甚至為 Margot Robbie 換上了一雙類似的 Manolo Blahnik 露趾高跟鞋，搭配 Jacques Marie Mage 太陽眼鏡，完美還原了原版芭比娃娃的一切細節。
Margot Robbie 早前出席洛杉磯舉行的電影發布會時，身上了一身定制的Valentino Barbie Pink 圓點迷你連衣裙，這則是以 Mattel 在 2015 年推出的芭比娃娃為原型，造型師甚至換上了一款 Valentino Garavani 黄色 Rockstud 手袋，向原版的黃色手袋致敬。
除了經典的 Barbie 粉紅色，造型師 Andrew Mukamal 為 Margot Robbie 也選擇了一套全黃色 Chanel 套裝，由半身裙和短款夾克組合而成，搭配了一雙白色高跟鞋和毛茸茸的迷你手袋，營造出 90 年代風格（同時也讓人想起了《Clueless》的Cher Horowitz）。
Margot Robbie 早前又換上了另一套復古 Chanel 套裝，作為她現實世界的 barbie 衣櫥。她換上了 Claudia Schiffer 在 1996 年春夏時裝展上穿的格紋粉色復古西裝外套，配上了來自 Chanel 經典的雙色露跟鞋，以及一系列芭比風格的復古行李箱，作為她的 Barbie 機場造型。
從 Margot Robbie 身上淺粉色的定制 Bottega Veneta 套裝、同色系 Cabat 手袋以至她身後一輛粉組色開篷車，還有 Malibu 的棕櫚樹背景，將一切 Barbie 生活帶到現實。

Margot Robbie 在 CinemaCon 時首次讓我們看到了她的芭比風宣傳造型。當時她選擇換上一套來自 Prada 的格紋套裝及外套，搭配了一雙亮粉色的 Christian Louboutin 高跟鞋，就像一個真人版的 Barbie 娃娃。
