曾經畢業於紐約著名的 Parson 中 School of Design ，隨後跟隨 Donna Karan 和 Calvin Klein 設計女裝。在1995年 Narciso Rodriguez 成為了 TSE 的創意總監，展示了首批男女成衣系列。隨後被 John F. Kennedy Jr 的未婚妻 Carolyn Bessette 點名為自己設計出婚紗，這轉淚點完全奠定了設計師在時裝界。
在2008年，Rizzoli 出版了有關設計師 Narciso Rodriguez 的事業歷程及設計，更在翌年再次獲得 CFDA 的年度女裝設計師提名。
