萬眾期待的巴黎奧運即將開始，整個法國都瀰漫著濃厚的藝術和運動氛圍，最標誌性的有巴黎鐵塔上的五環、凱旋門上的殘奧標誌、各大建築物上的拼色海報，種種設計都展現著法國人的極致審美，就連跑道都前所未見地被換成薰衣草紫色，相當夢幻！

Parc de La Villette（維萊特公園）

維萊特公園除了是文化集中地之外，外面也有一大片草地，共佔33公頃，不論是休閒娛樂還是做運動都很適合，而它同時是市區內範圍最大的公園。當初設計的時候，設計師Bernard Tschumi希望將它打造成都市人和來自郊外的訪客都能享受當下的空間，所以論空間感和舒適度都很充足，對不同目的的到訪者都十分友善。如果大家在閒逛或者來這裡運動，有時間的話也可以到附近走走，這裡有不同範疇，包括科技、藝術和音樂等相關展館，讓大家來感受文化氣息。

Jardin du Luxembourg（盧森堡公園）

如果你想在運動之餘感受法式浪漫風情，就必須來一趟！座落於第六區的盧森堡公園位於法國參議院前，草地周圍佈滿色彩鮮豔的花草，圍繞著整個公園，加上背後的盧森堡宮古典建築，滿滿的法式庭園風。不但如此，包括盧森堡宮，在公園中間的八角形水池和噴泉都是美得讓人窒息的景點，公園中的其他角落更擺放了歷代王后和聖人的雕像，各位男士帶同伴侶前來打卡一流。

Parc Montsouris（蒙蘇里公園）

蒙蘇里公園是個在十四區的開放式公園，以植物種類繁多聞名。不過在重新對外開放之前，這個公園曾經被整修，而且過程困難重重，原因是公園座落的地點下方有國璽線和巴黎環城鐵路，工程師需要花費時間處理，甚至有傳聞很久之前曾經在封閉期間用來埋葬死者，所以修建時要將公園清理乾淨再進行整修。話雖如此，那裡的湖水景色讓人心曠神怡，目前公園已成為本地人常去的休憩公園。

Parc des Buttes-Chaumont（丘蒙山公園）

被稱為「最迷人的山景公園」，原因是雖然它位於巴黎市區，卻能讓人產生自己已身在郊區的錯覺。據說以前是個礦坑，後來才被改建成公園，而現在公園內的牧場、岩石和溪流互相交錯，走在小路上或是站在涼亭內，優美的景色讓人陶醉，光是在這裡的山坡散步，都能讓人感到平靜又放鬆。

Jardin des Tuileries（杜樂麗花園）

相信到過巴黎的人都聽過，​​杜樂麗花園以如畫般的優雅氛圍聞名，當時根據佛羅倫斯的風景來建造，公園內的超大噴水是遊客必到景點之一。歷史悠久的杜樂麗花園，就連剛過去的巴黎時裝周，這裡被用作Kenzo的春夏系列時裝騷場地。噴水池旁邊也有好幾個草地空間，庭院內的角落同樣設置了不同藝術家的作品，無論你身在何處都能感受當地的藝術情懷。
